C40 Capacitor heating too much

C40 capacitor heating too much and TX2 is no display when connected through hdmi. can someone help?

Are you testing on P2597 board of dev kit? C40 is 220uF capacitor near to PCIe slot.
If you mean dev kit, does this no display happen before?
