I followed the installation to the page: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/IMX219-200_Camera

How can I make the camera work with camera-capture ?

hello christophe.valmir,

it seems you got a failure from EGL display.

nvbuf_utils: Could not get EGL display connection

could you please access camera sensor by excluding the display,
for example, access with v4l2 standard controls.

$ v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video0 --set-fmt-video=width=1920,height=1080,pixelformat=RG10 --set-ctrl bypass_mode=0 --stream-mmap --stream-count=100

or, saving the video streaming directly.

$ gst-launch-1.0 nvarguscamerasrc ! 'video/x-raw(memory:NVMM), width=(int)1920, height=(int)1080,format=(string)NV12, framerate=(fraction)30/1' ! nvv4l2h264enc bitrate=8000000 ! h264parse ! qtmux ! filesink location=filename_h264.mp4 -e

BTW, please also refer to Topic 1050743 for similar issue.
thanks

hello JerryChang, tanks you for your answer.

I restarted the computer this morning and the camera worked.
Either I had not rebooted the computer after releasing camera_overrides.isp. Or I did another manipulation before going to bed.

But here the camera works :)
