Hi,

I’ve been reviewing the pin descriptions for the J509 Camera Expansion Connector on the Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer Kit carrier board in the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit Carrier Board Specification document.

In Section 3.2 Camera Expansion Connector, I noticed that several pins are marked as “Unused” (Pins 101, 109, 111, 112, 113, and 114). Could you clarify what “Unused” means in this context? Are these pins physically unconnected on the developer kit carrier board? Or are they still connected to corresponding pins on the Jetson AGX Orin module, but simply not assigned a function on the carrier board?

Those pins connect to unpopulated resistors, so there is nothing on the carrier board to drive them. They do not connect to the AGX Orin module.

Do not refer to P3737_A05_OrCAD_schematics(base_version).pdf in the same package because as the base version it shows every component populated and needs P3737_A05_BOM.xlsx applied.
