DPX2 5.0.10.3 SDK
The recording tool required-framerate, frame-record-count,frame-skip-count parameters do not seem to be changing the output rate. This seems to be since upgrading to the new SDK.

Yes. They are few changes from DW 0.6 to Dw 1.2. Could you share what you want to achieve with recorder tool. So that I can guide you on parameters. If you are looking for changing frame rate, we have removed that feature

That is what I am looking for, we would like to record at 10Hz rather than 30Hz. Are you saying there is no way to do this anymore? Skipping frames etc…?
