Can CLK_32K_OUT buffer be omitted on the carrier board?

The Jetson Orin NX/Nano Product Design Guide mentions that pin 210 CLK_32K_OUT is buffered on the module. Is it safe to assume that this pin can be directly connected to a M.2 Key E/M SUSCLK pin (of course pulled high to 3.3V) without using a buffer such as 74LVC1G07GW?

No, the internal buffer does NOT support open-drain function.

Thanks 👍 Though I wonder why the internal buffer is there at all :)
