Can Clock instability JETSON AGX Xavier

Hardware Platform:** [Jetson Xavier AGX Xavier™ Developer Kit]
Software Version:** [L4T 32.4.4]
Host Machine Version:** [ Ubuntu 18.04]
hello,i am trying to make can-bus run in JETSON AGX Xavier,but the bus clock is instability.
Manipultion:
1.Sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py
can0_din(29) can0_dout(31)
can1_din(37) can1_dout(33)
2. config
sudo busybox devmem 0x0c303000 32 0x0000C400
sudo busybox devmem 0x0c303008 32 0x0000C458
sudo busybox devmem 0x0c303010 32 0x0000C400
sudo busybox devmem 0x0c303018 32 0x0000C458

  1. install drivers
    Modprobe can
    Modprobe can-dev
    Modprobe can-raw
    Modprobe mttcan
    4.set can
    sudo ip link set can0 type can bitrate 500000 dbitrate 2000000 berr-reporting on fd on
    sudo ip link set can1type can bitrate 500000 dbitrate 2000000 berr-reporting on fd on
  2. set up can
    sudo ip link set up can0
    sudo ip link set up can1

then use the command to send can data
cansend can1 123#DEADBEEF ,i can get the can data waveforms through oscillograph,but Can Clock instability quickly hop between frequencies
