I want to use the NvBufferComposite() to composite 25 small frames . But the MAX_COMPOSITE_FRAME is 16 , How can I change it ? I just change the MAX_COMPOSITE_FRAME in file nvbuf_utils.h to 25 , it does not work.

No, you cannot change it to be >16. MAX_COMPOSITE_FRAME=16 is hardware limitation.
