can i set an hlsl custom shader to the server?
We need more information as to your use case. Are you trying to apply a custom shader to the output of some random app, your own app? To what end?
so, im making an app in unity that creates objects that create 3D textures from Dicom Images. we make a shader that makes that conversion automatically.
OBS: neither the texture or the Dicom will be in the server initially
I guess I still don’t quite understand. If you are building a unity SERVER OpenVR app to run from steam, it can do whatever it needs. If you are building a client app that needs to transfer something to the server, that can be sent in user data packets, and would need a custom app on server to receive and handle that data.
