Can I use a Jetson TX2 compatible sensor driver to use that exact sensor on Jetson NANO?

Hi everyone!

Is it feasible to use a driver developed for TX2 to drive a sensor and acquire its framesets on NANO? Obviously in case the protocol is the same, for example MIPI that is being used in sony IMX290.
