Can I use NVIDIA VIDEO CODEC SDK or FFmpeg with CUDA 11.0?

Hi,

I want use video decoder with CUDA.

But it seems that NVIDIA VIDEO CODEC SDK requires CUDA 10.0 in link below.

And I think that FFmpeg use NVIDIA VIDEO CODEC SDK header files.

Will it be possible in CUDA 11.0?
