Can I deploy QT application into Jetson Nano, and let Nano boot into QT application directly instead of going into X11?

There is no support for this. You can just disable gdm3 service and write your own script to launch another service that will trigger the Qt.
I don’t know the steps, but after you’ve disabled the service mentioned by @WayneWWW, then it should be possible to use a customized X11 start script to name the QT application as the thing to run rather than the login manager and desktop manager.
