Can Jetson TX2 fetch images of a camera working in very low frequency?

I used a Jetson TX2 connect a camera throught MIPI interface. When I set camera working frequency to 25fps and above, it can work normally. However, when I set the camera working frequency down to 0.5fps or less, it can’t work well and printed PXL_SOF syncpt timeout! err = -11. How should I change the MIPI driver to fetch images in such condition?
