Can not access to 'EXCHANGE' menu in Omniverse Program (Failed to fetch)

When i clicked the ‘EXCHANGE’ menu, ouput log is ‘Failed to fetch’
How can i fix that ?

Hello @spboy93! This sounds like it might be an issue with your internet connection, but I’m only guessing without logs. If you could, please attached a copy of your Launcher log files. They are typically found here: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\launcher

Seeing FetchError: request to https://messages.launcher.omniverse.nvidia.com/en/gdpr.json failed which sounds like ti could be a firewall issue
