Can i change /dev/device1 to /dev/device1? How?

The video_register_device is the function to register as videox, You can try to modify the kernel/drivers/media/platform/tegra/camera/channel.c to try. -1 means auto

For how to build apply kernel you can search in this forum to find it.

ret = video_register_device(&chan->video, VFL_TYPE_GRABBER, -1);
	if (ret < 0) {
		dev_err(&chan->video.dev, "failed to register video device\n");
		goto video_register_error;
	}
