# Can not save output in Deepstream?

Please provide complete information as applicable to your setup.

**• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU)**: Jetson  
**• DeepStream Version** : 6.0  
**• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only)**: 4.6.3  
**• TensorRT Version** : 8.2  
**• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only)**  
**• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs)**  
**• How to reproduce the issue ? (This is for bugs. Including which sample app is using, the configuration files content, the command line used and other details for reproducing)**  
**• Requirement details( This is for new requirement. Including the module name-for which plugin or for which sample application, the function description)**

I followed the guide to save output in Deepstream-app [How to save output videos deepstream app to individual files? And what is need to change in congif f... - #4 by DaneLLL](https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/how-to-save-output-videos-deepstream-app-to-individual-files-and-what-is-need-to-change-in-congif-f/83923/4) but it results in error.

from the logs, creating element failed. could you share more logs? please do “export GST\_DEBUG=6” first to modify Gstreamer’s log level, then run again, you can redirect the logs to a file.
