Can PCIe controller C7 be used for endpoint operation?

Hi everyone 👋
According to Table 7-3 of the Orin Nano/NX Product Design Guide PCIe controller C7 only supports root port operation. However, the Orin Technical Reference Manual as well as Table 7-4 of the AGX Orin Series Design Guide states that C7 is a dual-mode controller. Could anyone from NVIDIA’s embedded team please confirm which is true?

The module design is not architected to support Endpoint on C7.
Only C4 and that is via a mux on the module that has to select PCIe CLOCK Out or REFCLK In.
