Hello, on our self-designed hardware, the CAN_TX and CAN_RX pins are connected in reverse. Is there a method to logically swap them without changing the hardware layout?

Do you mean that you have wrong HW design for CAN_TX and CAN_RX and you are looking for a method from SW to swap those function?
They are connecting directly to CAN0_DOUT and CAN0_DIN of SoC as the image you shared.
There’s no pinmux for a pin to work with both TX and RX.
As a result, we would suggest you correct the HW design to fix this issue.
