Can you read P/N and Revision from TX2 Module

You can read a TX2 Modules Serial Number fom
/proc/device-tree/serial-number
Is it also possible to read the part number and revision, if so where are thes values stored
Looking for the information below the S/N on the Label
S/N : xxxxxxxxxxxxx
699-83310-10000-D02

I am specifically interested in being able to read the revision ‘D02’ number
