Can you use nv-tegra binaries?

I want to port android to my Jetson nano and other t210 devices using nv-tegra.nvidia.com binaries, is this allowed?

Hi ByLaws,

Currently there is no Android support on Nano, only Ubuntu. We don’t know if that’s doable.

I am aware you don’t currently support android, but rel29 blobs are compatible with the 4.9 kernel the nano uses so it is likely to work with some hacks. What I mean is of I do succeed would I be allowed to release it for the nano and other t210 devices?
