Cannot access cuda download due to non-membership despite already being a member

I was trying to download CUDA toolkit for WSL2, and I was following instructions on this page:

It worked fine yesterday but today it says " Membership Required. You are not authorized to access this page.", despite the fact that I have already registered to the Nvidia Developer Program. What can I do to tackle this? Thanks!

With your link, I’m getting an error as well. Could you signoff and go to below link and login and try again ?

Hi, thanks for the response. I followed your instructions and could access your link, but this is the driver link, while I need to download the toolkit and that link still fails to work…

If you are looking for toolkit and not the WSL driver, I see the link as shared has some problem.

Please try without the zh-cn
