Cannot burn ISO onto DVD on Jetson Xavier NX

I ran the dmesg traces on Jetson, not on my host PC. I’ve previously changed some of the kernel configurations to allow ISO9660 FS support, following another post on the forum here. Unable to mount sub connected DVD drive on Jetson TX2 - #9 by richardsearle

I didn’t get anything from cat /proc/cmdline | grep 9660, running just cat /proc/cmdline alone returns this:

The SATA-USB cable I’m using is not on USB3, but I plugged it into a USB3 port. Here is the lsusb -t log:
