Cannot define a new xscreen on linux

Hello,

I am using an RTX 3070 on my Linux machine it worked well with a single monitor but as soon as I tried to add a secondary monitor, it fails to create a second xscreen (I get both screens to run if I keep one xscreen).
I have the latest proprietary nvidia driver installed nvidia-driver-495.

Is it something related to the nvidia driver not supporting multiple xscreens on linux ?
I included the ‘nvidia-bug-report.log.gz’ log file

The nvidia driver should have no problem driving multiple X-screens.
Just recently I read here, that most popular desktops (window managers) dropped support of multiple X screens.
So that might be the culprit.
