Cannot find engine folder in ISaac 2020

I cannot find engine folder in new Isaac. How to install dependency?
I used engine from 2019 but the bazel 4.0.0 cannot compile.
I got this error:

ERROR: /home/comm/.cache/bazel/_bazel_comm/6c4be63dbe8a1a11d0919f74c2542115/external/com_nvidia_isaac_engine/engine/alice/tools/BUILD:48:16: Compiling engine/alice/tools/main.cpp failed: undeclared inclusion(s) in rule ‘@com_nvidia_isaac_engine//engine/alice/tools:main’:

‘/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/include/stddef.h’
‘/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/include/stdarg.h’
‘/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/include/stdint.h’

‘/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/include/limits.h’
‘/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/9/include/syslimits.h’

I am new to bazel.
Please suggest. Thanks.

From the output, it doesn’t look there is an issue running Bazel (make sure you run from the root directory as 2020.2 split the SDK into two separate workspaces for engine and sdk), but unable to find a number of system headers. What x86 environment are you running this on (Ubuntu 18.04 or other)? Any more information about what target you are trying to build, how you invoked Bazel and from where, your dev environment setup would help.
