Cannot fully remove CUDA 10.2 on GTX1650 setup

Hey all,

I am currently trying to set up a new system with an Nvidia GTX1650 and win10/ubuntu dual boot.
Unfortunately I made a mistake when setting up CUDA on Ubuntu for the first time, so I did not manage to get it done. I erased the entire partition and installed Ubuntu again to start from scratch, but whenever I update the drivers and then type nvidia-smi I get:

Mon Oct 21 16:55:04 2019
±----------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| NVIDIA-SMI 430.26 Driver Version: 430.26 CUDA Version: 10.2 |

How do I fully remove CUDA Version 10.2? And how can it still be present after formating the partition? I guess I cannot install CUDA properly as long as it is somehow still present.

You should ignore that.

That driver will work with any CUDA version you want to use (currently).
