Cannot Install Audio2Face

I installed Audio2Face a few weeks ago. I recently tried reinstalling it because the Data Conversion tab is not showing. However, I couldn’t install it again. I also receive the following error:

Error occurred during installation of Audio2Face: The following file is used by another process: EBUSY: resource busy or locked, open ‘C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ov\pkg\deps\dc68ebb4d80a059d0ad1452a75d96af3\exts\omni.kit.telemetry\omni.telemetry.transmitter\carb.tokens.plugin.dll’

The version I am installing is the Audio2Face 2022.2.1 on Windows. I am running on an RTX 3090 GPU.

Can you tell me what I should do?

Just a guess, but this might be because there are other Audio2Face applications running on your machine. Can you try reinstalling after restarting your machine?
