cannot install CUDA Toolkit v3.2RC2 disk space requirements?

I am trying to install CUDA Toolkit v3.2RC. At the page of ‘End-User License Requirement’, when I click next, it pops up a windows saying ‘Please wait while the installer finishes determining your disk space requirements.’ I waited for a long time, it is still doing that. Something wrong. What can I do?

I uninstalled the old version first and then tried to installed the new version. It is OK now.
