Cannot install Sublime Text on Jetson TX2

Any known issues with Sublime Text on Jetson TX2?
I have just installed Jetpack 4.2 on my TX2 from a Host (sdkmanager).
And I would like to install Sublime Text on my TX2.

I try to follow these instructions (apt - Ubuntu, Debian)
https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/linux_repositories.html

sudo apt-get install sublime-text
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package sublime-text

Without any luck I have tried:

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
sudo apt-get update
