Cannot launch lab in the purchased course "Introduction to Robotic Simulations in Isaac Sim"

I purchased the course “Introduction to Robotic Simulations in Isaac Sim” yesterday (Oct 24, 2022).
I started the course today and after some time I cannot launch the hands on lab.

I get the following error message “You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.”

The course is self-paced and many times the hands-on lab did not launch the Isaac Sim also.

Please restore my access to the hands-on lab for the course.

The time limit is an abuse prevention mechanism that helps us evenly apply the terms of the NVIDIA Registered Developer agreement associated with these accounts.
