Hello!
Please see this video, I cannot login to local host, not even by using admin / admin OR uninstalling. I do both in the video.
I need this asap to be able to render with Kit 106.

Itās hard to diagnose it from here, but it looks like something is temporarily blocking Your login attempts. The best thing you can do is restart the whole computer and see if that clears the issue.
However, I am a little curious. I thought you were enterprise. If you are, I am not sure why youāre using the free nucleus, workstation version. I would not recommend using it. Just use normal windows Explorer as a file system. If you donāt back up your nucleus manually, you could lose it all.
No, I am on AI Enterprise.
We have used Nucleus enterprise on one larger project but it was a trial, extended few times since it was partly R&D work.
Is re-installing Win11 my only option here?
Restarting the the pc did not fixed this :/

Alright. Let me see if I can get some help. You REALLY should not be using Nucleus Workstation version. Once you get it, save your work OUTSIDE of Nucleus as normal windows files in your normal computer hard drive, and then do not use this. It has no backup, so if it gets deleted or corrupted, or in this case you get locked out, there is not way back. Use ONLY Nucleus Enterprise. Not workstation.
Can you do a few things please?
%USERPROFILE%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs
) include Auth, Cache, Nucleus, Tagging Service, Thumbnail in the zip please.https://omniverse-content-production.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com
All done and delivered. Thanks! Talk you later @dlindsey
Wonderful! I used the Launcher Cleanup Tool
https://docs.omniverse.nvidia.com/utilities/latest/cleanup-tool.html
I can now login to Local Nucleus by using the omniverse/omniverse credientials.
I can also export from UE to localhost as USD, Jihaa!
I need to continue the conversation with Richard about the idea of not using this local Nucleus but ONLY Nucleus Enterpriseā¦
@Richard3D so I can log in now, but this is still the Nucleus Workstation version that you do not want to be used.
I need this for:
So to use these features, I should buy the Nucleus Enterpriseā¦
Where can see the prize options?
Pekka
I donāt think itās about free vs enterprise nucleus. I am saying that you may not even need to use it.
For situation 1) you donāt need to go through Nucleus. You can use the exporter to just āexportā to a normal Windows folder. It does not have to be exported to a nucleus folder.
For 2) yes if you want to use āliveāāworkflow, then you need nucleus, for now. However if you just want to export data, again, like situation 1) just export it.
But all I am saying is that you better regularly back up your Nucleus storage cache, because if not, and it fails or gets corrupted you could lose data.
About 1.
I tried to export from UE to USD just to a local folder.
I have a video about that here:
How I see this, I am using the local Nucleus, and there was no other way to export to a normal win11 folder, am I wrong here?
About 2.
If I understand you correctly Richard, you are telling that that:
ā¦live-connection also works without Nucleus Workstation?
is so, how do I create the live-connection?
I am sorry if I have understood the term Nucleus workstation" term wrongā¦
"No other way to export to a normal windows folder? It looks like you have that whole drive available. Anywhere you want. Your localhost is only the small part in the middle
No you need Nucleus for Live connection at the moment yes. So if that is something that you need carry on with Nucleus. I was just saying that Nucleus Enterprise comes with constant backup. Nucleus workstation does not. If you want to take that risk, then please back up manually.
