Can't access paid for training course on AI Infrastructure and Operations Fundamentals.v

Hi Help team,

On 2/18/26, I purchase the training material for AI Infrastructure and Operations Fundamentals course/certification. However, the training was not visible in ‘My Learning’ tab. I am not a Platinum member, as I only wanted to purchase this specific course for training. Please assist, or I will have to cancel and request a full refund.
