Can't downgrade JetPack from 4.6.6 to 4.6 on TX2 NX

Hello. I have TX2 NX module with preinstalled JetPack 4.6.6. I need to use it with Auvidea JN30D carrier board. Auvidea doesn’t provide patches and firmware for this board for TX2 NX upper than JP 4.6. But I need it for CSI camera support. Applying their patches to JetPack 4.6.6 did not help with CSI camera support. Auvidea has no plan to update firmware for TX2 NX.

I tried to reflash module with JP 4.6 but it always fails (same with any other JP lower than 4.6.6) and I get the same error in debug UART

[0073.990] C> MTS error (2) : dram alias check failure
[0073.995] C> cpu waypoint 0.5 failed
[0073.998] C> ERROR: Highest Layer Module = 0x32, Lowest Layer Module = 0x32,

I tried to google any information and ask chatbots. Only hint what I got that it might be related to bootloader. So I tried to recover or erase bootloader with this

sudo ./flash.sh -r -k bootloader jetson-xavier-nx-devkit-tx2-nx ""

but with no success *** Update [bootloader] is not supported. ***

Maybe somebody has any hints or instructions what to try more?

Hi,

It might be related to PCN overlay issue.
Do you mean you could flash with JP4.6.6 successfully but lower than it will fail?

Yes, correct. I can reflash it with 4.6.6 with no problems, but when I flash something lower it hangs at some point and from debug UART comes this error:
