Can't enroll to any course, nothing happens when I click the enroll button

When I click the enroll button nothing happens, I got this message from the chrome console Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID.
I tried different devices, the devices are set to the correct date and time.

I went to the buy.nvidia.com address and accepted the outdated certificated, and now I am able to enroll
