On nvidia-smi

NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

The nvidia gpu is not available to linux, please check if it’s disabled in bios and maybe reset the bios to defaults.

Hi, just checked that and didn’t find an option for enabling the GPU. So I changed to the bios default settings but still doesn’t work

If
sudo lspci -d 10de:*
doesn’t output anything, the gpu is most likely broken.

Yeah it doesn’t appear to be working. I guess I’ll need to go to repair it
