NVIDIA CAREERS ACCOUNT ISSUE — CURRENT STATUS

  1. MOBILE PHONE: My initial issue occurred on my phone. I could sign into NVIDIA Careers and locate jobs, but attempting to apply for any position resulted in a “job no longer exists” error.

  2. DESKTOP COMPUTER: I then moved to my desktop computer to eliminate the possibility of a mobile/browser issue. Using my normal Google/SSO sign-in, I received “The page you’re looking for doesn’t exist” and could not access my candidate account.

  3. DESKTOP COMPUTER: I then used “Forgot Password” with the same Gmail address associated with the account. The system recognized the email address, sent the password-reset email to that address, and successfully allowed me to reset the password.

  4. DESKTOP COMPUTER: After resetting the password, I attempted to sign in using the email/password option instead of Google/SSO. I now receive: “You have entered the wrong email address or password, or your account might be locked.”

The problems therefore persist across both my mobile phone and desktop computer and through both Google/SSO and direct email/password authentication.

Please confirm whether my account is locked and restore access if necessary. I also need the Google/SSO issue and original application-submission issue investigated so I can access my existing applications and submit new ones.

FYI: I previously had a separate NVIDIA Careers account associated with clarmr@earthlink.net. Approximately one month ago, NVIDIA merged that profile with my Gmail-based NVIDIA Careers profile. After the merge, the consolidated Gmail account worked normally for more than a month, so I do not know whether the prior account or merge is related to the current issue. I wanted to provide that history in case the other profile or email address appears while investigating the account.

Hello @marcclark2007

It seems that the Google SSO isn’t working. We have disabled the option and flagged the bug to Workday. Candidates will need to log in manually with a username & password. You can use the ‘Forgot password’ option if you never actually created one, and you will get a link to reset it.

I attempted that last night but it didn’t work. It was successful today. Thank you!
