I’m unable to access my account, it throws the following error while attempting to login.
Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts. We’ve sent you an email with instructions on how to unblock it.
The problem is, I managed to login to the forums, but can’t login to the platform. I haven’t got an e-mail that has these instructions. Is there another way to unblock my account?
