Trying to get help with a driver/CUDA installation issue on Rocky Linux 8 since 12.6 was released. Thought the CUDA Developer Tools | Installation location was the right place to post, but I can’t. What am I missing?
Hi,
You can only post at the bottom level categories, not at the level above.
Man I feel stupid. Is the following URL not a bottom level category?
https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/tags/c/developer-tools/cuda-developer-tools/285/installation
No worries.
Have a great day!
Thanks for the help Tom, but I was asking a question above. Is that link a “bottom-level” category?
This is the parent category: CUDA Developer Tools - NVIDIA Developer Forums
The link you provided was for a tagged post. You cannot post at that level.
When I go to the link provided there is an informational button in the upper-right-hand side, that when clicked on, says: “You’re not allowed to create topics in this category”
You have to go down one level to these forums.
Compute Sanitizer
Compute Sanitizer is a functional correctness checking suite included in the CUDA toolkit. This suite contains multiple tools that can perform different type of checks:
CUDA-GDB
CUDA-GDB allows you to debug both the CPU and GPU portions of your application simultaneously.
Thank you for your patience with me and I finally figured out what you meant and what I was doing wrong and even found an existing thread with my issue:
Hi @pstieber, I’m happy to help anytime!
