Can't receive the OTP from build.nvidia.com

I am currently trying to verify my account build nvidia and have entered a valid China phone number. However, I am not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) required to complete the verification process.

Could you take a look and help to solve?

I’m having the same issue with not receiving the OTP. I’ve sent an email to help@build.nvidia.com but I didn’t get any reply.
