Can't run 1920x1080 over 60z - input timing error

My monitor is native 1080p @ 75hz, but I haven’t been able to run it at higher than 60hz on ANY driver above major version 510, which works perfectly fine.

GPU: 3060 Ti
Monitor: Dell SE2717H

I should have clarified a bit more, my bad. I can select the 75hz mode from display or nvidia settings, but when I hit apply I get an input timing error from my monitor (on 510.x it works perfectly).

Edit: When I’m at my pc again I’ll do the debug log in the linked thread.
