The NVIDIA L4 GPU does not include RT Cores. The L4 is part of NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace architecture, designed primarily for AI inference, video processing, and cloud-based workloads rather than real-time ray tracing. So it will not work with Nvidia Omniverse. It would have to be a L40, Geforce or Quadro card. So a 4090 or an A6000 would be good.
