Can't turn on the device

My device is AGX Xavier. When I turn on the device. The screen show:

Of course!I see the codes on the monitor.
And the monitor always flash

please remove the “quiet” in kernel cmdline in exlinux.conf and reflash you board.
Also, find a serial console to dump boot log.

I have the same problem, after a reboot…
Is there a way to resolve the problem without lose all files?
