Change AGX xavier display from HDMI to DP

Our customized Xavier carrier board changes the default HDMI connector to DP connector.
We use the default HDMI_DP2 for the display.
I modify the file
Linux_for_Tegra/sources/hardware/nvidia/platform/t19x/galen/kernel-dts/common/tegra194-p2822-disp.dtsi, and rebuild.
But can’t get any image after reflashing the Xavier module, I can login by UART.

&sor2 {
status = “okay”;

  • nvidia,active-panel = <&sor2_dp_display>;
    nvidia,active-panel = <&sor2_hdmi_display >;
    };

&sor2_hdmi_display {

  • status = “disabled”;
  • status = “okay”;
    disp-default-out {
    nvidia,out-flags = <TEGRA_DC_OUT_HOTPLUG_LOW>;
    };
    };

+&sor2_dp_display {

  • status = “okay”;
  • disp-default-out {
  •   nvidia,is_ext_dp_panel = <1>;

  • };
    +};

Does the modification correct ?
Any other is needed to modify ?

Please clean up your format first… really don’t know what you are doing here.

Put your code into this

this is code
this is code

1.The left side is the original dtsi, and the right side is modified one.
2.[tegra194-p2822-disp (1) (1) NEW.dtsi is the original tegra194-p2822-disp.dtsi
3.tegra194-p2822-disp.dtsi.modify.txt is the modified by me.

The hotplug pin was originally for HDMI so it would be in GPIO mode under pinmux. You need to set it to SFIO so that dpaux could work.
