1.We change the audio code RT5640 to two CS42L51 on our customized carrier board, one
is for line in, and the other is for line out.
2.Line in uses the original I2SI, and line out uses the I2S2 of 40 pin header.
3.How to set the device tree for the design, and how to let the two codec work on Orin ?

Yes, Two codec usage should not be a problem as both uses different I2S instances.
Also please get in touch with codec vendor on the DT audio routing entries and codec mixer control usages required for your usecases.
