Change ssd of jetson xavier nx dev kit

I bought a new jetson xavier nx dev kit, which has 16GB SSD, and does not have sd card.
Since the SSD has 16GB of storage, I want to change SSD.
However, it does not turn on when I simply changed another SSD with jetpack os.
I think the jetson only detect the original ssd as the booting disk.
How can I change the current SSD to a new SSD?
There is no document for recent jetson xavier nx, all documents are for nx with sd card.
