change the USB LANE of TX2 to #4

I want to change the USB LANE of TX2 to #4. I changed tegra186-quill-p3310-1000-c03-00-base.dts, how can I compile it into a DTB file or let it take effect?

Please download “L4T Documentation” and check “Building the NVIDIA Kernel” to build DTB:
https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/l4t-documentation-28-2-ga

After build completed, usiing below command to flash your DTB:

$ sudo ./flash -r -k kernel-dtb jetson-tx2 mmcblk0p1
