# Chat with RTX v0.5 Install Error

I’m getting “unknown error” when trying to install ChatRTX. I had ChatRTX running and Nvidia app showed there was an update.

When I tried to update this is when I get the error “Nvidia installer failed” It says componet = Whisper 1.0 = not installed, ChatRTX 0.5 Failed, and Mistral 7B INT4 1.0 not installed.

No clue what to do.

I acually have 2 different computers and getting the same error, so wonder if it’s user error and what I’m doing wrong?
