ChatRTX v0.3 installation always fails with error "An error occured while signing CSR with local root certificate."

As subject states, v0.2.1 installs properly, but v0.3 does not, always producing above error.
Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

In case this helps anyone, I resolved this myself after all: Went into the machine certificate store, Trusted Root certification authorities and deleted “Local CA for ChatRTX”. This fixed it in my case and setup completed successfully.
