Using nsys in ubuntu, I generated .qdrep files with the command-line.
I tried to open it with nsys gui in windows but got the error:
Failed to load report from ....
The report was possibly created with a newer version of NVIDIA Nsight Systems. Please upgrade to the latest version and try again.
Nsight Systems in Ubuntu: NVIDIA Nsight Systems version 2020.3.2.6-87e152c
Nsight Systems in Windows: NVIDIA Nsight Systems version 2020.3.2.5.8-0ba6147
I tried to update using `Help > Check for updates" but the GUI does not report a newer version.
Everything worked after I manually downloaded (2020.3.1) and installed from the website.
