Chunjiang-Intelligence/DeepSeek-v4-Fable model is this legit?

I just ran across this model and it seems interesting but I am suspicious of it. I cant run it on my hardware to prove if its actually distilled or nor. Curious if anyone else has seen or tested it Chunjiang-Intelligence/DeepSeek-v4-Fable · Hugging Face seems to be Deepseek-V4-Flash with fable traces distilled into it (if its legit)

Some comments accuse it of being fake and one saying its qwen 3 2b but its obiously not. Weights are 299gb and the layers are indeed MOE.
