I was simulating a closed kinematics chain with Isaac sim 2023.1.0.hotfix,
and it worked fine with this version. (by excluding one of the joint articulation)
But with Isaac sim 4.0, 2 problems appeared.
The accuracy has significantly decreased, as shown below.
It is going crazy and flies away with a small modification of angle. Previously, with 2023.1, it only happened when two propellers were colliding. Now, with 4.0, it just happens without any collision between rigid bodies.

sorry to hear that, please would it be possible to send me the asset so that I can repro and take a look what changed on our side? One thing that changed for sure was the default bounce threshold on a physics scene, can you please try to change it to 2.0?

Sorry. It was just the damping and stiffness setting.
Open 2023.1.0.hotfix generated USD in 4.0.0; it reset the damping/stiffness to 0.
Now it is working as before. Thank you for your help!
