CMU_CLOCKS RAS Uncorrectable Error, ADC0 VMON Error, and Powering off core

Hello NVIDIA team,

I am experiencing a persistent boot failure on one Jetson AGX Orin module.

I installed the module on a new NVIDIA official Jetson AGX Orin developer kit carrier board and used a fresh JetPack 7.2 / Jetson Linux r39.2 BSP package.

I flash the orin with: sudo ./flash.sh jetson-agx-orin-devkit internal

After the flashing process completed successfully, the system froze for a while and then rebooted while I was configuring the time zone and user information. After connecting to the serial console, I found the following messages:

Please let me know if you need any additional information. Could you please advise what steps I should take to resolve this issue and whether the module needs to be processed for RMA?

Will you hit same issue if falling back to use jp6?

Today I also tried flashing JetPack 6.2.2, but the installation failed with both SDK Manager and sudo ./flash.sh jetson-agx-orin-devkit internal

The flashing process remained stuck at “applet/mb2 is not running on this device” for a very long time and did not make any further progress until I manually cancelled the installation.
